Togi Gouw – Managing partner

Togi is a finance leader with 35+ years in deep-tech, consumer electronics and digital sector, combining finance structuring with commercial expertise. As a CFO and former GM, he has led SMEs to global MNCs through turnarounds, restructurings, cross-border M&A, and strategic finance. He served as VP Finance for Photonics at GlobalFoundries, led Advanced Micro Foundry’s $500M greenfield financing, and managed its sale to GlobalFoundries. He was the first to list a Singaporean entity on the Toronto Stock Exchange as Group CFO of SAIS/KADDRA. Previous roles at Philips, Schneider Electric, and Energizer enhanced his cultural fluency and stakeholder management. He is an MBA from Amsterdam and INSEAD.

Patrick Wu - Senior Engineering & Commercial Advisor

Patrick is a Senior business leader with 30+ years of cross border experience across Asia, Australia and Latin America. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with long standing commitment to ethics, governance and regulated industry standards. Held senior roles at Philips, Osram and GE, overseeing high stakes technical, compliance and risk management mandates. Advises on technical due diligence, regulatory interpretation and multi jurisdiction risk, including emerging AI driven technologies. Mentor to founders and young engineers, helping teams build disciplined, defensible and standards aligned engineering frameworks.

VP Jothi - Senior Consultant

Jothi is 35-year Human Capital leader who has served as SVP and Director of Human Resources across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Specialized in talent strategy, organizational design, and performance optimization for complex, multi-country businesses and translating business strategy into people solutions that enhance capability, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
